I've been in many aspects of real estate over the years working with rental property, title companies and as a real estate assistant before finally becoming a realtor. It was not a career I jumped into but worked into it gaining experience on many levels and in many areas beforehand. In 2013 I finished my second collage degree and transitioned into real estate full time. I quickly realized I had a passion for helping people buy and sell real estate. A transplant from CA to TN in 1996, Mariah remembers what it was like to move to a completely new place and not know a soul. Having experienced the unknown of being a first-time home buyer without a designated real estate agent, and the pitfalls of a new construction build all at the same time, Mariah decided to become a little wiser and delved a little deeper into the world of real estate. She obtained her license in 2002. Since then, she has enjoyed helping those relocating from out of state to the Middle TN area, assisting with many things way outside of the real estate umbrella, in an effort to help her clients settle and love the area as much as she does. Having grown up in the country and around horses, Mariah focuses on helping sellers and buyers with land, farms, equestrian, and estate properties. She likes to spend time with her clients over the phone, via email, and in the car to really understand their primary needs, and then their heart's desires.
